Final milestone payments are non-refundable once the project has been delivered, tested, and accepted. Acceptance is defined as written approval or 14 days without written rejection following delivery.
If delivered work does not meet the specifications agreed in the Statement of Work, we will:
No refunds are issued for project delays or cancellations caused by: client failure to provide required content or feedback; client-requested scope changes; third-party service failures outside Gaming Lover's control; or force majeure events.
